How Does it Work? You sign up for a band account. You tell us a little about yourself, like what email address to send transaction receipts to, and what bank account to put the money in. You then mail us 5-10 of your CDs. We'll use one of the CDs to digitize song clips and scan the album art for you, then put the rest online to sell for you. We want you to send a minimum of 5 so we don't sell out too quickly. If you feel confident that people are going to snap the CD up (new release, hot seller, new promotional campaign), feel free to send as many as 10 CDs.
	Does it cost anything? Well, it's free to sign up, and we're even working on putting together a little promo kit that we will send you for free to help you promote your album sales. Unfortunately for all of us, processing credit cards isn't free. To cover our costs, we will keep $3.50 of every physical CD that sells online through indiebug.com and 9% of everything you sell through IndieBug at a live show or as a digital download. The reason we keep a little more on the physical CD is simply that we need to pay someone to process the order, including finding the CD in our warehouse and carefully packaging it up in such a way that it won't crack in shipping. Since the live sales and digital download stuff is all completely automated, the 9% is enough to cover the credit card fees and our hosting costs.
	Your Stuff on MySpace, Virb, Xanga, Blogger... We've built a kick donkey flash widget for you to put on any page anywhere! That means you can sell CDs right on your MySpace band page! Talk about Uber Convenient! Not only does it do Music...it does all your other Merch too! (Shirts, Hoodies, Stickers...)
	How do I get my money? Direct Deposit! Yes, it's magical. The money just shows up. If at the end of any given month we owe you more than $10, we deposit it directly into the bank account you tell us about when you sign up. No hassle of waiting for the check to come in the mail, losing it in your garage, finding it again, and then wasting all that perfectly good gas driving to the bank to deposit it. We care about the environment. We care about saving your gas. We hope you do too.
